Food can play a huge role in your mood and energy level. Sugar can bring you tremendous ups and downs and can suck you dry of all energy and motivation. If you are struggling with energy and motivation than you might want to take a look at your food choices. Limit refined sugars, drink more water, eat more fiber rich foods. I realize the first few weeks are tough but if you can make those changes you might realize that food plays a big role in how you feel!
