Every move is carefully calculated and executed. While President Obama plays checkers, Putin is executing a Réti Maneuver designed to confuse and frustrate his opponent while leaving multiple pathways for the fait accompli. The majority of informed readers understand that the collapse of America as we know it today is inevitable.
