There are less openings than original planed because they rolled over some of the candidates from the night shift project to this one. We will be converting stores to Windows 7 but a standard process and script will be used. I know there are many people out there that did Win 7 roll-out but that work was typically hands on / on site. This is 100% remote management. Job Function /Duties / Responsibilities The position has the responsibility for troubleshooting and resolving support incidents involving hardware, software, networking and procedural questions at our stores.
