For my cycling friends who use bikejournal, please be aware that they are extraordinarily insecure. They store passwords in plain text (not as a salted hash, my IT buddies will understand that). This basically means that, if you use the same password on this site as you use on others, and they suffer a breach, your password will be readable by anyone who can get to their user database (similar to the Sony breach from a while ago). NOTE: Any site that can SHOW you or tell you your current password is to be avoided at all costs. In the modern technology landscape there is absolutely no place for sites that store passwords as plain text.
