For my gals nearing 30, this is a message for you (yep Im one of those too). Oh the bullshit, illusionary lies that we have learnt about what it means to be a woman turning 30 and beyond. These are nothing but illusions of the truth that keep us strangled in fear and anxiety. Not our stuff! Its a bigger problem than we think. I hear girls future tripn and in a world of fear around this topic all the time. The kids, the missing the boat, the not having enough…their ideas about who they thought they would be at the age of 30, when they were 20, looks a whole lot different. My loves, you have nothing to fear. You do not need the house right now, nor to you need the one or the perfect life that you had mapped out (or I should say your ego had mapped out). Allow yourself to rest easy, deflect all the bullshit lies about where you think you should be at this age and breathe in the truth. Your path will lead you to where it is meant to go. Time is but an illusion in itself. You have a whole lifetime to live this life. You are free, you are limitless and you are more wise than you have ever been. Right now is perfect and its just another number, like when you were 21 turning 22. Thats it. Allow for all of those illusionary layers that are not yours, to fall out of your head, feel any anxiety reside and embrace your beautiful, free-spirited 30 year old, who is calm, present and moving as her heart takes her.
