What is different is the partnership we have with Portland’s own Salt & Straw to take my fruitcake and turn it into an ice cream. All of the proceeds from the sale of this flavor are going to the Community Cycling Center’s Holiday Bike Drive. There is only a short time left to find the ice cream at any Salt & Straw location.
