For real estate buyers... please consider this in your excitement to see a property. REALTORS need to protect the property and themselves. They should be able to establish your identity before a showing, start a file for the agency forms they must give you, let their seller/office know who is seeing the property and typically talk about qualification as well - its is a simple and helpful step in the process. Blind calls to see a property with little notice or advanced meeting to determine this info not a good idea. Working with your own agent in setting up appointments for showings is a great move too - helps all parties know youre serious and ready to go! Thank you.
