For some being a leader means saying all the right things... For some being a leader means putting your words into action... As for me being a leader know it takes integrity honor and love for your people to make you want to lead such a following...people arent just numbers....or just followers....or just admirers...these people truly believe in your purpose. If someone believes in your purpose you must also believe in your vision and not talk about things for self edification ...that will lead to destruction. You must humble yourself and know some followers will follow blindly because of your words trust you...be a leader that can be followed with no regrets.I am someone who loves my people and will lead by elders example. I am not here because of my own fight but because the path was paved for me and awesome tools were left behind for me to use and I cant claim any tool as my own craftiness. I know who I am and I know where I came from. Remain in awe of what is handed to us from our elders...
