For some of you, this will be the first you hear that we are ceasing operation of Funatorium Explorium. I’m very sorry that you are finding out this way. We wish to thank you for your support and encouragement over the past 4 years, but after much consideration, it is time for us to move on. If anyone is interested in purchasing the company (incorporation, branding, trademark, signs, client lists, everything …), we would love to see the school program continue and are willing to negotiate a VERY reasonable price. Delivery is the buyer’s responsibility and can be arranged at the buyer’s convenience, before February 14, 2015 – or later if proof of insurance is provided. All equipment will be purchased in as-is condition. • We have the right to refuse bids that are too low (as determined solely by the executives of Funatorium Explorium). I’ve indicated prices paid new, in Canadian dollars, including shipping, customs, and taxes (rounded) unless otherwise indicated. All equipment is 2.5 years old. Lego: 120,000+ pieces of Lego regular bricks: $6,900+$350 for 7 storage containers Just washed. In excellent condition. We can give you the basket that we use to wash the Lego in batches (large tote with holes drilled in the bottom). Duplo: 1,500+ pieces of Duplo (Lego brand): $750+$20 for storage containers Excellent condition. We can wash before handing over to seller. GyroGyms: Two trailer-mounted Gyros (small one only accommodates people under 5’, large one can take anyone up to 6’2”): $33,000 We have extra bearings, vinyl, and foam rollers. We will include two pieces of carpet that we use under the wall for installation to protect the wall and the floor. All equipment in excellent condition. Logo decals easily removed. Panels could use a re-painting for aesthetic purposes, but does not affect performance. Traverse Climbing Wall: Traverse Climbing (24’longX8’high) and 5 safety mats: $14,000+$350 for custom-made storage carts We will include two pieces of carpet that we use under the wall for installation to protect the wall and the floor. One chip in the front surface that we repaired with material recommended by the manufacturer. Plasma Cars: 16 Plasma Cars: $1,085 Only used indoors. Wheels pick up debris and need to be wiped down between events. Not recommended for use on freshly finished wood floors or freshly waxed wood or tile floors. Speedminton: Speedminton (16 rackets, court markers, approx. a dozen speeders): $675 Comes with instructions and a carrying bag. Speed Stacks: Speed Stacks (6 sets of jumbo cups, 40 sets of regular cups, 2 tournament timers, 6 mats with timers, spot stacks): $1,600 + shipping + $200 for 4 industrial storage bins. All equipment in excellent condition. Will include any extra batteries we have in the bin. Mobile Spelunking System: Mobile Spelunking System (maze in a cube): $13,550 Scratches on the outside but will last forever. Flagpoles: Two 16’ flagpoles: $2,035 Screw top missing from one flag, but we’ve been using it like that for over 2 years. Sign stands: 6 tripod sign stands and 4 roller/banner stands, 2 menu-style stands: $2,585 All in like-new condition.
