For the last 5 years I have been like the golden boy. Winning - TopicsExpress

For the last 5 years I have been like the golden boy. Winning every month consistency for like 5 years straight, practically no losses. Ive won under different circumstances. Ive beat every challenge and I just got so comfortable with success that she could have been my babys mother. Winning was my only option. My mindset was synonymous with victory. Just 2 months ago I was a superstar on a team breaking record after record after record. I did a BIG JOB so I got promoted to the BIG JOB that most people just never make it to, GENERAL MANAGER!!! But in just 7 short days 4 people who worked under my leadership quit on me. To me thats very interesting. Dawud Muhammad the great leader, great car guy, awesome sales manager with his intimate influence and impact on all types of salespeople, cant keep a salesperson on his team. WOW. Im stunned. My whole career I have fought with everything that I had to make sure that my sales people can provide for their families. That has been my most prized and critical focus and my driving force. And in just 7 days Ive lost 4 people. I am so thankful for this struggle, trial, tribulation, and opportunity to reach deep down within myself and find my sun light. So no, Dawud Muhammad is not on suicide watch. True champions make adjustments! But first let me own up and be completely honest with myself. I, Dawud Muhammad, have failed. I, Dawud Muhammad, have practiced poor leadership. I have come up short. In adversity and tough times real leaders tap into their creativity and recreate themselves. They create their desired outcomes. They dont make excuses and point at external forces. They find a way to win! The best me is yet to come. Stay tuned! Team Monroe Nissan lets go!
