For those individuals out there who wanna lose weight & has been asking me about my diet. For breakfast, I eat 3 egg whites, 1 Banana, 3 Strawberries, 2 Scoops of Strawberry Whey Protein, 1/4th cup of Almond Milk, 2 TBS of Peanut Butter blended. Lunch is 1 grilled Chicken Breast, Green Peas, Brown Rice, & Carrots. For dinner, 1 Banana, 4 Strawberries, 1/2 cup of Almond Milk, 2 Scoops of Strawberry Whey Isolate. Along with my vitamins, amino acids, & other supplements. Small snacks if I have cravings throughout the day, which usually I dont Beef Jerky. Only 1 gram of fat while having 10+ grams of protein. Jerky can be expensive though for most. Good pack will run you 4-6 dollars and you can kill it fairly quick so be cautious. This gears more towards those who dont compete, wanna lose weight, gain good lean muscle, & have a clean diet without starving yourself throughout the day. First off, the shakes are very filling, low in calories, and healthy. 2nd, your taking in a very high amount of protein while very little fat content. IF YOU WANT MUSCLE GROWTH YOU NEED PROTEIN If you workout on this diet, I can guarantee you will lose body fat very fast.
