For those of you that feel flexible dieting is eating nothing but crappy food, you are wrong. Its about eating foods you want within your caloric allowance when you feel the need to have them. Its about not limiting your menu of foods to 5 or 6 foods. No foods are off limit just too much food is. However.... If you have an issue with food and body image flexible dieting will not fix it. If you are eating wierd combinations of food to fit your 40 calories left at the end of the night, you are NOT using flexible dieting correctly. If you are avoiding eating out due to not knowing the exact caloric amount in the food you plan on eating, you are not flexible dieting correctly. If you are obsessing over macros and not focusing on your training, you are not flexible dieting correctly. If you are eating whatever the hell you want and saying flexible dieting doesnt work, you are definitely not flexible dieting correctly. I am not a psychologist. I do not fix eating disorders or body image issues. If you have this, please seek help! This video is sooooo good. Please watch it.
