For those that want the basic story outline to my knowledge ... Mr. R forfeit to ally on game 4 but it wasnt communited to the masses well. The lack of communication was mr. Rs and allys fault (to keep the tourney hype is the reason) and the reason for the forfeit was because he (mr. R) had to go to work cuz the Wi-Fi tourney lasted so long and it was already morning in europe by then. But mr. R beat ally on game 4 and 5 both. Mr. R and ally agreed that ally would go on, but the TO wasnt having it. After 20? Min on stream just arguing basically (the TO mostly iirc), and it eventually ended with zero taking first and ally not being able to play and mr-rs forfeit transferring over to a forfeit to zero even though it was intending to be a forfeit to ally. So ridiculous. Edit - me and sonicrida plan to host BETTER smash 4 online tournaments (possibly through our website smash4friends), Ill update when the time comes.
