For those who dont know, killing a snake and leaving it to suffer for days, before it dies, it also carries a fine, the way i see it, if you have no choice but protect yourself from a vicious snake (not like they go out attacking humans for no reason) please dont let it suffer a slow death, yes i am a snake lover, i live with them in my yard and i bush walk allot with my family, awareness of these creatures will help us, yes we have pet snakes and we teach our children not to touch wild creatures and to freeze if they see one, so they can go on their way, they also get to study snakes eating and how they strike, this lets them see warning signs, snakes are like spiders, often misunderstood and we love them all.
