Former Botswana National Sports Council CEO, #Percy #Raditladi, has pleaded not guilty on a charge of indecent assault by fondling another man’s #genital parts and for hiring an Avis car on behalf of #BNSC to run his personal errands. Raditladi and his two co-accused, Phenyo Ngakane and Letsholo Mmereki, who face criminal trespass charges pleaded not guilty when they appeared before Broadhurst #Magistrate, Taboka Slave this morning. According to the state, Raditladi on July 7th of at Phiring, in Gaborone, unlawfully and indecently #assaulted the complainant. Raditladi also faces a charge of abuse of office. It is said he allowed his co-accused the use of a car hired on behalf of BNSC, to stalk the complainant. The magistrate granted the accused cash #bail amounting to P2 000 each. They are to appear on September 17th for mention.
