But can we just stop for a second and pay attention to one of our own that needs a little boost? Her name is kira, she is a belly dancer and a member of our tribe in good standing. She’s sick. Lyme Disease. It was misdiagnosed for too long, now she needs to do an IV antibiotic therapy. This is serious stuff, and it’s probably scary and it’s going to be painful and shitty. This is her summer. But she can beat this thing, and “get her shimmy back”. She needs some money to do the treatment and her insurance wriggled out of paying for it. I think if you are going to give $$ for stuff to go to the desert to be burnt, you can peel off a $20 and fix this perfectly good girl up. She needs to raise another $2,558 in the next 3 days.
