FrIdAy MaRcH 7...I know I posted this the other day and this morning I am starting it!!! Couple of reasons I am posting one I dated it so I will know when I started and two accountability !!! Such a strong word!!! I am HORRIBLE at consuming water!!! HORRIBLE like a friend said wish it tasted better!!! I have to have it ice cold and even then I have to pretend I am in a chugging contest drinking beer!!! Just kidding I wanted to see if you really read this!!! I have lots of things wrong with me and if this works in 30 days it will be worth it!!! Another is the fact it truly only takes 21 days to make or break a habit!!! Also it actually is only 2 12oz glasses of H2O so really how bad is that??? Ok so I havent had my coffee yet and I have another 15 min to go but its all good right???!!! Of course it is my blood pressure will be better after this;-)!!! Ok so today feels like a lucky day!!! Liking the 3-7 on a Friday!!! See you all at HHS tonight BRING ON THE TRIBE!!! God is so very good!!! Give thanks Be to God!!! Thankful He is in my court!!! ⭐️
