Free your spine before breakfast garden freestyle. Give your spine a daily M.O.T by using movement to move your body. Here I am thinking about the spine in every movement aswell as getting a stretch in motion for the legs, hip flexors and most importantly mobilizing the spine through MOVEMENT. I am always considering moving the spine like a wave, finding that serpentine and liquid flow quality. Highly recommend a Few minutes of spinal inspired movement a day as your back will Thankyou for it Movement is KEY! #NCG
