Freelance journalist James Foley worked for the U.S. Agency for International Development in Iraq at the height of the Iraq war, was kidnapped in Libya during its civil war (released by rebels after negotiations), and died in Syria during its civil war. What do you think the odds of him being a CIA asset are? Id put it at 90 percent, with the other 10 percent being that he was an asset of the DIA, FBI, NRO, MI6, or Mossad.
