Friday (26th) provided a variety of activity on Aucklands Waitemata Harbour. Between 1630 and 1800 our camera captured the car carrier PROMINENT ACE sailing for Yokohama as the small tanker STOLT AZAMI arrived from Townsville. Amongst this activity we saw the Sanford trawler ANA depart the trawler basin in the Wynyard Quarter and were also treated to a display of not-too-responsible boating with two characters passing in a small inflatable, no lifejackets and a beer in hand.
