Friends, Good morning. Want to share my thoughts on the challenging time ahead. This applies to me and you as well. In the first 6 months of the coming financial year, quite a lot of learning, updation & changes to be made by every CS member. Great opportunity to learn and move ahead of others... CS members: So much to study, learn and discuss in Companies Act 2013. No matter how many articles are shared in the public domain and meetings are conducted by various forums, it is upto the individual member to utilize it well. Based on the new Companies Act, we need to make many changes in the Company we work for or the clients we are serving. If we miss to learn now, we will go few steps back in our profession. This is the time we have to be on our toes.... ****************** Companies Act 2013 has thrown out many grey areas - in the last few days, many CS friends have called over phone and asked many queries. I was able to answer to half of them only. For the remaining, even after their phone call, when I searched the Act and Rules, could not find answer... Yes. There are many areas untouched and not thought about by MCA so far. If MCA is very active and make necessary changes in these grey areas, we will progress in the right direction. Good that CS members are asking these questions; though they dont have answers today, their search will take them to a solution/ answer in the days to come... Happy week end..
