To my Japanese friends; its a rich, fragrant, complete dish that it never leaves you THAT miserable feeling; Is that all?? MOOOOOOM!!! I am still hungry... after having Japanese porridge, which I eat only when I am sick. 広東スタイルの鶏おかゆ。大好きな日本食は数あれど、おかゆにおいてはこちらにぐんぱいがあがると思います。とりがらでとった出汁でことこと煮て、あとはすきなおかずをじゃんじゃんのせて食べます。このおかずをじゃんじゃんのせてというところが楽しいところですね。韓国料理の前菜的な楽しさがあります。
