From James Walker in 1824 to the demise of the Barton Park Estate. In my drawing on the left is the two bedroom slab hut built by Walker upon his arrival at Wallerowang. On the right is a photo of the Barton Park Mansion which was the home of Lyon Barton & his sister Lu Loveday Barton until they were murdered by William Benjamin Harvey-Bugg in September 1948.
