From Rob Johnson Sui Juris Law Book and Seminar~ No one should EVER claim a PRO SE status, NOR to RE-PRESENT themself in court at all ever. One should PRESENT themselves not RE-PRESENT themselves, and whether or not you claim to PRE or REPRE claiming a status then of PRO PER or PRO SE is STILL a status of REPRESENTATION, so SUI JURIS is the only status one can claim that does not end up getting you declared of unsound mind or infant mentality making you then a WARD OF THE COURT automatically under court jurisdiction. NEXT after you state for example with me Robert of the House of Johnson PRESENTED SUI JURIS AUTONOMOUS, what is next is most important BY SPECIAL APPEARANCE ONLY. This is more important than anything because if you do not state under special appearance you are presumed and assumed to be there under general appearance and you then once again consent to the courts jurisdiction automatically and in ignorance to boot. Sui Juris is the ONLY status that indicates to a court legal competence to administrate your own affairs autonomous, of your own law without need of an ad litem attached to your name which would be an attorney,. ANY action that indicates representation, makes one a client, and a client is ALSO defined as a ward of the court, which again ward of the court means an INFANT or PERSON OF UNSOUND MIND. THESE things are much more important than HOW one says their name, the ONLY thing that matters MORE is that you have ANSWERED any summons in writing BEFORE you appear. ALL of these will be notarized notices where you get to write your own law and then act and STAND UPON IT ALONE in court. This is also where the concept of NOTORIETY derives from, and ones reputation preceding them. Not to mention if you show up in ANY court regarding ANY summons, traffic citation, misdemeanor charge, EVEN FELONY CHARGES, and you have NOT answered the summons in writing you have ALREADY LOST WHEN YOU WALK IN. You lose BY DEFAULT solely for not having answered. THIS is why most people end up in ADMINISTRATIVE COURTS with ADMINISTRATIVE LAW JUDGES when they get a ticket. Because the issue does not regard what you did to get INVITED to court, but what you DID NOT DO, your DISHONOR, for creating conflict WITHOUT having offered discussion to attempt to avoid that conflict beforehand. MATTHEW 5:25 Settle matters quickly with your adversary who is taking you to court. Do it while you are still together on the way, or your adversary may hand you over to the judge, and the judge may hand you over to the officer, and you may be thrown into prison.
