From The Big Picture Dubai and Utrecht. We are a not-for-profit art platform who aims at promoting independent UAE artists and curators. we have recently launched an open call for curators to curate our 3rd edition in may 2015. The Big Picture is now accepting submissions for both experienced and emerging curators based in the UAE to submit their curatorial proposals for the third edition of the exhibition, which will be held at Pro Art Gallery, Dubai, United Arab Emirates, from 1 May to 30 May 2015. The Big Picture is looking for creative and innovative proposals that address contemporary social and cultural challenges that are current and that demand to be highlighted and explored via artistic means. The selected proposal will be announced on 8 January 2015. The curator will receive funding, administrative support and will be involved in the selection process of artists.
