From a recipe I developed for my old vegetarian restaurant in Rincon: I am pressure-canning my famous Filipino Coco-Peanut Curry Sauce in 8oz. glass canning jars. Each 8 oz jar is enough sauce to make a healthy dinner for 4 people in just 6 minutes! Directions: Saute tofu [or protein of your choice] for two minutes in hot pan with coconut oil [or vegetable oil], add 4 cups of chopped vegetables and saute for another two minutes, add one jar of my Filipino Coco-Peanut Curry Sauce and saute for another two minutes and serve, with rice or noodles, if you want.
