From a very shy girl Hatter. She never wants to show the world what she writes. Please encourage her. Today, the sun, like a light bulb. It brings forward many an idea. This message being its main one. With smiles for no apparent reason I feel the need to write. Write what you may wonder...to that I have only one response: Write this! With no specific direction as to what this is going to be about, I write nevertheless. Reminded of those closest to my heart and what they mean to me, Im flooded by memories. A million of them. Those of which bring sheer happiness to ones heart and mind. What is my purpose for writing this, I wonder. Is it just satisfying a desire to simply write? Or maybe its to convey a message? Oh well! Best not dwell on that aspect..could take me a while to figure it out. My mind, like an ocean, deep and filled with unknown wonders with millions of thoughts swimming through it..oh so freely and unable to be controlled. How interesting this experience is, with a good side and a dark side, both of which can emerge involuntarily. No advance warnings nor any tell tale signs of which side is emerging. This is scary... To get lost in ones mind is easy, when the mind is one like mine. Sometimes this lasts for short periods of time, but most times it goes on for days...even weeks and months. A concept not many can grasp or understand. A pity! Sigh! Like music, writing is an escape, a form of expression. One that I hold dear to my heart. Also one that I avoid often, due to unknown fears. The power of the written word as compared to the spoken word, is much greater, in my personal opinion. To speak in a tone that shows feeling is easy, but to write in a way that invokes feelings in others, is brilliant and unattainable to some. With writing, there is depth that allows your imagination to recreate what you are reading. Oh how I love to write! I start with 1 topic and move on to topics even I didnt see myself being interested in writing about. For me, writing is my way of communicating my thoughts...which explains the move between topics of a random nature. Oh my! Looking at what I have written Im shocked! I write a lot, more than I speak. Wow! Sharing my thoughts is a free flowing process I see, always through the written word. Though Im not amazing at it. Discovering my minds true capacity is a crazy process, I will admit. Its no wonder my what I say falls on deaf ears, my writings are the ramblings of a chaotic yet organised mind. Intriguing... Lastly, much appreciation to those who deal with and manage to handle these moments of mine. Special is what you shall always be to me.
