From an activist friend with a heart and passion for justice in Palestine. He articulates so well how a growing number of us around the world feel about what Israels Zionists who cannot find it in their hearts to coexist as equals with Palestinians in their own land, are doing to an entire ethnic group they are seeking to cleanse from their midst and whose land they claim a divine right to and are stealing outright from under them. This kind of abuse by one people over another--overtly--as an outright public relations (hasbara) campaign of propaganda, humiliation, demonization, and abuse--no less heinous than antiSemitism was by Nazi Germany--must be stopped. The world went to war for Jews for this, and while war is not a solution in my opinion, the world should with equal determination and resolve act again to stop this here in Palestine. It is unacceptable in our day and age in which we no longer have excuses of ignorance of the meaning of such inhumanity. Of all people in the world, Israeli Jews who came to this place seeking refuge, and human dignity, and freedom from oppression as a people, should understand this intuitively and existentially and spiritually. Do yourself a favor and listen to these heartfelt words from a man who has been moved to dedicate his life to this cause of justice and peace on equal terms for all humanity in Palestine.
