From our members . .We are from Marrakesh .We love our city more than one can imagine .Our words come from the heart and we just say what we feel .Marrakesh is a beautiful city where tourism is vital for both people and the city .Many people have come to Marrakesh to seek sunny weather ,make money ,discover the culture or satisfy their perversive needs .It is an amalgamation of different things and people that has created a chaotic atmosphere in the city .Tourism industry especially the prevailing guest houses in the streets of the median have created few jobs for the inhabitants of the city meanwhile it has destroyed many things .It hasnt contributed in improving the economical status of the medina .The scenes of poverty and misery are now one of the most important tools to do publicity for riads Actually ,this is just a part from a long essay written in Arabic .I received yesterday from Yassine kadouri .I tried to translate it .
