Funniest sweet thing happened to me today! Yesterday a customer needed a penny to avoid getting .99¢ change. I reached into my pocket and gave it to him. He said "thank you. Do you like pizza?" I said yep. He says "what kind?" My co worker says pepperoni. He says "do you work tomorrow?" I said yep. He said I will return your penny tomorrow. I said dont worry about it. I come in to work today and my co worker said a customer brought you pizza and a penny. It touched my heart. He and his wife come in later to make sure I got it. ;) even though my co workers helped themselves to some.
