Funny how things turn out.... a few weeks ago, I was talking to one lady and another contacted me (these things happen in bunches; I had not gone out in eight or nine months)... I declined to meet #2 at the time, telling her I prefer to deal with these matters one at a time...got a nice note back from #2 saying how much that she liked that "attitude", and to call her if things did not work out with #1...well, #1 had to leave on a pre- planned holiday and we continued to chat but last night she advised me she had also been talking to another guy and she thought he was a better fit for her... so, no worries, I got in touch with #2, and we will be meeting next weekend in a very casual setting. Things happen for a reason...
