Further evidence to slow down on the caffeine intake. At times Ive clocked in at about 2000mg a day. Regularly, for weeks on end. Hoping to drop that to about 400mg a week (not day) by November. Combine this with the studies summarized in the Quartz article I posted earlier, it makes a compelling case for limiting caffeine intake to live a healthier, more productive life.
