GA, with respect, I am extremely frustrated. I do not like the inconsistency of your program. I do not like that you drop case-workers and dont inform the clients working with them. I find the consistent misgendering EXTREMELY frustrating. When I mention my preferred pronouns, your reception staff often responds with What are pronouns? I find it ridiculous that your staff should be so grossly under-educated. Above all else, I find the fact that every time that you change my case-worker, my check either arrives late, or not at all, to be the most frustrating aspect of your program. Trust me, as soon as I am able to find a good therapist to help me apply for SSI, we wont have to work with each other anymore. However, until then, a little proffessionalism would go an EXTREMELY long way.
