GENERAL INFORMATION Job Title: Restaurant Manager - 350 seats Company: Afkar Group Holding Job type: Catering & Hospitality Location: Lebanon Salary: Excellent Package JOB DURATION: Full-Time DESCRIPTION Responsibilities: o Control expenses/daily sales and initiate strategies to increase revenues and decrease expenses. o Assist customers looking for functions/special events through proper communication of set menus and fulfilling customer requests within company’s policies and procedures. o Ensure sequence of service is adhered to by all employees to guarantee customer satisfaction. o Ensure SOPs and systems are strictly followed. o Motivate, develop and coach all employees. Qualifications: o A minimum of 5 years experience in Restaurant Management or similar experience in big operation. o A degree in hospitality management or its equivalent. o Fluent in Arabic, English.
