We are currently looking for people to assist with and manage our Products department. Depending on your experience and your initiative, this could either be an internship or a higher-level (higher-paying) management position - the choice is yours! RESPONSIBILITIES: • Assist with and manage all our Products needs • Work with Operations and Design teams to analyze changes and improvements to our products and mobile apps • Coordinate and communicate with Global and Regional management, working directly with our Product Managers from all over the world, from Brazil to Singapore! • Head our efforts to help build the framework for the companys expansion into new products • Testing, quality-assurance, and quality-control • Will report directly to Head of Products • Be ambitious! (even an intern that shows enough initiative and ability will work their way to take over as Head of Products!) SKILLS: • Experience with project/product management/development, even as a student (testing, raising tickets, etc.) • Very good ability to communicate in both written and spoken English (but especially written); Portuguese a big plus! • Prioritization, organizational, and time-management skills • A developer/designer/user experience background would be helpful, but is not necessary • Background knowledge in computer programming/coding would be helpful, but is not necessary • Academic requirement: Bachelors degree in Business, Computer Science, Marketing, Design, Economics, Communications, etc. CHARACTERISTICS: • Great attention to detail • Highly organized • Clear communicator • Quick learner • High level of initiative TITLE: Product Manager / Executive / Intern TYPE: Full-time, part-time, or internship – we’re flexible!
