GMO....IS WE IS OR IS WE AINT....... While on my long haul walk this crisp Fall morning, my voices and I got into some pretty interestin discussions. The normal conversations revolve around religion, politics, global warming, environment, an what wed recently heard on the lame stream media. Now some of these discussions can break out into an all out donnybrook of screamin an yellin. Why, just yesterday a couple of my voices got into it with such screamin an yellin, I had to scream an yell louder than them to shut up...... which caused many people passin by to make a wide berth around me. Anyway, I brought up a topic for all of us to discuss..... GMO. Now GMO stands for Genetically Modified Organisms.... so I ask the most intelligent of my voices if we, as humans, could be the product of GMO? There was much discussion and they answered No because it pertained to edible plants an some animals. So I ask..If we, as human..... which does not include you since youre only a fig newton of my imagination, have been modified from pure form by various ethnic in-breeding. Most of us, if not all, come from various ethnic backgrounds from around the globe.... such as Im Dutch, Welsh, Irish, and Chickasaw Indian. Now, does not this make my original ethnicity modified? Therefore, am I a product of GMO? If one of my great grandmas down the line..... say one so far back as to equal 8 to the power of 10, had a neighbor that was quite the fence jumper while..... Grandpa was out a huntin an a gatherin.... an he was of a different ethnic background.... wouldnt that little surprise package she produced throw a wrench in the cog wheel of DNA? Well, the voices were silent...... an not sure if they was a poutin since I told them they werent human or they just plain didnt know? Soooo... I still wonder if we is or if we aint a product of GMO. Just wonderin....
