Efren Rocamora, that as per UAV REGULATIONS APPLICABILITY Part 11.11.1.1 Subpart a (2), applies to small ( and large ) UAV for purposes OTHER THAN SPORT or RECREATION. THIS MEANS - IT DOES NOT APPLY ON OUR MODEL AIRPLANES WHICH WE USE FOR HOBBY, RECREATION and SPORT !!!!!! For FPV, COMMERCIAL AERIAL PHOTOGRAPHERS , SURVEYORS etc... For now let us continue our self grounding pending registration and pilot/controller certificates. Work in progress regarding applications and my inputs on requirements.
