In each of the Congressman’s three district offices, the Liaison serves as the senior staff member. The position is full-time and entails significant local travel. The ideal candidate should be a well-organized, highly motivated self-starter who enjoys grassroots-type activity. A working knowledge of the geography and issues in Carroll, Harford, Baltimore, and Cecil Counties is a plus.
