GOVERNMENT! Between the fed election around the corner and local crap that always seems to be going on, I feel like Bill Murray in Groundhog Day. Nothing changes. The promises (lies) made by these people, who are NOT trained to be councillers or P.M.,s or mayors etc, never come to fruition. I have always pushed for folks to get out and vote, as it was the only way to make changes...but now, weve lost our voices, our freedoms and our right to decide who will run things in government. Sadly I am starting to wonder if we, the people, should arm ourselves to the teeth because in reality, they (government) IS armed to the teeth, and they`ve shown how they will use that power against US when We step out of line. Do you really think Harper cares about whether you or your children live or die..... NO! The same can be said for our mayors or any of their cronies. You see, those who seek leadership roles in politics, are missing a few screws; i.e. they are power crazy. That means that whomever we vote for is, in my eyes, NUTS! I can prove that right here, as I too, considered a minor role on the School Board and anyone who knows me will attest to the fact that I am nuts too! So vote for me, Verne MacDonald for WORLD EMPORER ... a chicken in every pot, pot in every chicken..thats my campaign promise to you, and I will keep true to my word til`at least a week after I`m put in office on my throne (purple please). As for the existing idiots in power now. OFF WITH THEIR HEADS, EH!
