GREAT HOTEL GUESTS LOVE :) My Family and I spent the last week at your resort in Krabi after spending a week in Penang ( room # 5102 - in 19 January out 26 January). We are fortunate enough to be able to travel abroad annually and have experienced a wide and varied range of accommodation during our travels. We have chosen IHG properties on a number of occasions as they cater well for families. Our experience at your resort this lat week was magnificent. The resort provided all of us with what we needed to ensure an enjoyable stay but we all agreed that the most valuable of all assets you have in your organisation is your people and each and everyone of the staff we had contact with was courteous and accommodating. Each morning we where met with enthusiasm by your restaurant staff and in particularly Bee provided us with exceptional service regardless of how busy it was in the dinning room. Yoyo and the team at kids club kept my children entertained and stimulated throughout our stay. I would like to express my gratitude to the effort and enthusiasm that Pond displayed in keeping up with my son Bens needs for a play partner. My family and I would like to congratulate and sincerely thank your team for their hospitality and efforts in making our stay such an enjoyable experience. We are home safely now and have already begun planning our next trip and Holiday Inn Resort in Krabi appears to be the preferred option. Congratulations on your leadership of such a fine team people.
