GROUP INPUT NEEDED: Im in need of some desperate advice.. My exN threatened to kill me in May 2014. He was in a police station in a nearby city and when he was left in an interview room he went off making statement that that I was going to die, he was going to kill me, that he was going to go home, get his gun and drive to where I live and kill me. I was told my life may be in danger and to get a protective order which I did. The lower court granted to the order for me and for my daughter as well (until the Juv court could decide what to do with his visitation etc)... he waited til the last moment and appealed the protective order. I now go to court again trying to protect myself and my daughter. He has a serious history of pathological lying to include stating he was in the Marine Corp and served in war when hes never been overseas, that he was married and walked in on his ex in bed with a man and that he broke the mans leg...all a lie..he even said that his dad committed suicide when his dad is alive. He was diagnosed with PTSD from child hood abuse and disassociative disorder but now says he was never abused... Im trying to protect my daughter as Im very fearful that he will harm her to get back at me. She has not seen him since April but this could change depending on the outcome of court tomorrow.... I have since remarried a wonderful man, my daughter is doing wonderful, attending gymnastics and school, and I own my home etc... my exN has had 3 different residences since September 2013, several jobs since then, no drivers license (suspended for not paying support), he is over $9000 behind on support, and he lives with his gf who he has a child out of wedlock with... any advice is greatly appreciated.
