Gay marriage is a perfect way to crush the existing “Family Law” (Divorce Law) system. Given that 50% of marriages end in divorce means that more “marriages” will create more divorces. Divorce law judges will actually have to start deciding cases based on the merit of the case, not on the gender of the defendant. Municipalities will not front the money to expand the divorce law system. “Judges” will have to give up their beer and football and actually work the cases as they pile up on their giant oak desks. Judges will be begging legislators for help but the legislators will simply say, "Write your own laws." Case law will have to prevail, or, the judges will simply defer to "the law of the case" which always leans toward the highest paying plaintiff. Divorce “attorneys” will be laughing all the way to a quick retirement. I’m laughing at the whole tyrannical judicial system! Enjoy!
