George Orwell in his essay, Why I write, talks about political bias in ones writing as follows: No book is genuinely free from political bias. The opinion that art should have nothing to do with politics is itself a political attitude. And the more one is conscious of ones political bias, the more chance one has of acting politically without sacrificing ones aesthetic and intellectual integrity. I say, no post on Facebook is genuinely free from political bias. The opinion that a Facebook post should have nothing to do with politics is itself a political attitude.
