Get summer body ready! Heres a great stability ball ab workout you can do at home or the gym! Its killer. Do 20 reps of each exercise (or as many as you can & work up to 20) and repeat 3x! 10 reps is great to start. Let me know how you do. My brother in law wanted to kill me this morning haha! * Remember though no matter how many abs you do you wont see them if you have too high body fat %. Eat clean & they will come & you feel so energized and healthy! * feel free to share :-)
