Getting back to what worked for me because I have gotten OFF track!! GREENS to alkalize and balance and get rid of chronic inflammation in my body, all natural fat fighter/carb inhiitor to cut fat and carbs at my heaviest meal of the day, a Protein smoothie as an in-between snack and watching refined carbs such as sugar, white bread,white potatoes,white rice and flour.
