Getting fit, particularly if you’re coming from a sedentary, completely unfit base, takes hard work and commitment, There are no quick fixes or miracle overnight cures. To succeed you will need to push through physical and psychological barriers, and totally change your approach to life. We live in a society where everyone wants everything immediately or yesterday, but I don’t operate like that – improving your fitness takes time and a lot of hard work! What I’ve found is that people may firmly believe that they’re working out at their maximum capacity but they’re usually nowhere CLOSE! Stop spinning your wheels and run the damn race!!!!
