Gluten Free "bread"(also known as Oopsies). 3 eggs, pinch of cream of tartar, 85 g cream cheese. Separate the eggs and whisk the egg whites with the cream of tartar until firm. beat the cream cheese with the egg yolks, then gently fold the yolk mix into the egg whites. Place on baking paper and tray either as bun sized portions or as one big slab. Bake at around 180 degrees for about 15 min (will vary depending on oven). Makes around 6-8 portions.
