Gm... yesterday had to be the most inspirational day of my life ..I got to compete on stage with my team member Alesha Barnes...Again how blessed can I b e . . Although I did not place ... their were some amazing women and men their that are just as enthusiastic about fitness like me . I got to network n make friends with people as far as Philly - Germany and New Mexico ...that alone is Priceless . . ..I am so grateful to my coach Ed Mazzuchelli and Kendall Bretto Smileywho believed in me when I was doubtful and struggling with my legs . For 8 years plus I have tried every diet plan and had several trainers and no one/ nothing seemed to work .. I worked with Ed for 12 weeks and got a new body ..Im excited to see what changes that will come as he preps me for my next competition .in July 2016 .....
