God is so faithful! I have really been struggling with feeling overwhelmed to the point of irritability with everything and everyone (just being honest) so I invited a friend to pray for me just a couple hours ago. Not long afterward, a patients wife arrived for an appointment and really needed someone to talk to so I put down all my work and gave her my full attention (at first I didnt. I was thinking how far behind I am). She tearfully shared her heart and she might as well have been sharing mine, because she was overwhelmed, but so much more so than myself. So God sent someone to reach out to from my own need and I really have such a sense of peace now even though Im still overwhelmed. I just dont FEEL overwhelmed now. Does that make sense?
