Going Home. Erin Youngbar was one of the strongest, bravest, most pure and beautiful souls I have ever known. This is her last journal entry before she peacefully passed away this week. It is a reminder of how grateful we should all be for every day. In her words: Embrace life. Erin was a Christian with the most steadfast faith, but even if youre not religious, her journey, written in her own words, from the time she was diagnosed with a brain tumor until her final days, will inspire you.
